As a brand-new business, Bespoke needed an online presence that matched their ambitious goals. They needed a solution that represented their brand, while offering the additional functionality of an online shop and online bookings.

We first worked closely with the key stakeholders to really understand the businesses goals – who they are, what they represent and what they wanted to achieve from their online presence. From there we got to work rapidly prototyping some concepts of how the site could look. This allowed us to get lots of early feedback and ensure our solution was going to fit the needs of the business, all before we had invested too heavily.

Once the Bespoke team was happy with the direction, we began to build out the solution. Timeframes and budget were tight so we balanced custom solutions with pre-built options where possible to best meet the needs of the project.

The end result was a custom designed website that showcases their brand, allows potential clients to find out who they are, easily book themselves in for an appointment, and a place for the Bespoke team to sell key Physio and Health supplies.

Things didn’t stop once we went live - we continue to assist with ongoing site updates and Digital Marketing services. We have set up key reporting and dashboards to provide insight into how the site is performing and how we can continue to grow the Bespoke brand online.
